3. Confessing out your healing (Remember to give thanks during the process)

Healing Principles

Amos 3:3 Agreement with god's Word is crucial
Colossians 3:16,17 Staying peaceful and praiseful is essential to God's healing process, Speaking to yourselves psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs.

The three (3) R's to aid in receiving your healing

Reading God's Word to receive spiritual and mental strength
Relaxing to rest your mind by pondering the promises of God
Resting your body for rejuvenation (new vigor, youthfulness, restoration.)
